We are prisoners of our belief systems.  I was astonished when I discovered you can achieve what you desire, by changing your beliefs.

The beliefs are like filters very ingrained at a subconscious level which dictate how we perceive the world. Our beliefs are determined by where we are born, the culture where we grow up, what our parents told us to believe and not believe, the media that we are getting exposed to, what they told us we could or not could not do and all this set up our standards.

We only see what we believe. These prejudices influence us by not allowing us to see the invisible. It’s invisible until you make it visible by changing the lenses through how we see life and what we focus on.

What we believe determines what we are paying attention to. Aligned to this if we change our beliefs, we will start raising our consciousness and start seeing and paying attention to things that seem impossible.

What experiences are constantly denied to you because your consciousness operates at too low a level? What experiences and goals are denied because of limiting beliefs and fear?Conquering fear by facing it is the essence of raising your consciousness.

Here are few tips on how to raise your consciousness:

  • Make the intention to pay attention to those limiting beliefs, understanding when fear comes to play and pay attention to the inner voices. Note the limiting thoughts when they are arising, along with the emotions that they trigger and look retrospectively to understand what is the cause of those limiting beliefs so you are honest with yourself.
  • Have the courage to face the fears. The more fears you face, the more conscious you become. Worry next to fear is a self-perpetuating cycle that creates enormous stress
  • Practicing compassion is key. Ask yourself which advice you would give to your best friend if he/she was in the same situation?
  • Surround yourself with high conscious people which will help to raise your horizons and standards.
  • Energy will raise consciousness. Take care of your body, have restorative sleep, be mindful of the food you eat and practice mindfulness.

Your level of consciousness will determine the big questions and answers in your life.

Make this week a conscious intention to understand the worry wars happening in your mind. You can stop when you are aware of it.

This is the path to LEARN TO REFRAME YOUR THINKING.

Last week I came across this fantastic artist that does animations, his name is George Redhawk. I started investigating him after being astonished by his creations and I can tell he has unmasked his fire and as he says this is the world through his eyes. Beautiful.

The motion of the graphics are spectacular, I can keep looking at them for minutes and hours, the hypnotic power of the images transfers you to another level of sensing, what you are seeing and feeling and the admiration generated on my body for this man is extravagant. Looking at his pieces reminds me being in a deep meditation where you just have an element of focus and in this case, it is being focused on the beauty of Redhawk creations, focused on its beautiful motion combined with the stillness of some parts of the image. Simply astonishing and wonderful.

I love seeing artists that they unmask their fire, the passion within, the connection to the world.

Have you unmasked your fire?

I came across Alleles site recently, https://www.instagram.com/alleles/?hl=en.Mixing art,
Mixing art, technology, design and fashion on something functional at the same time that you enhance someone’s live!
What a beautiful innovation – a product with high impact.

I truly admire people with disabilities. They go over the little nonsense of life and they appreciate what is important. They have magic around them, they have that aura.
An aura of amazingness and authenticity, that its fueled by the day to day,  what was a challenge one day  has been reframed, internalized and normalized to the point that you can wear an art leg.
It’s truly inspiring, energising and admirable. I love it!

The art director McCauley Wanner and technology director Ryan Palibroda are not prosthetists or prosthetic wearers, nor do they come from typical fashion design backgrounds. But their mission is simple: to turn prosthetics into something that adds to a look, instead of disappearing within it, or distracting from it. And that’s why their prosthetic covers are so important.

Life is short and we have just one… enjoy it, appreciate it, be grateful and EMBRACE the reality, whatever that is.

I love collages, I love the ones with a twist, the ones that mix earthy elements with animals and human body parts.

Recently in my trip to Italy in Amalfi coast I come across a very talented artist Camilla Anciloto that doest an incredible technique where 3 pieces of art congregate in one.

When you look at that piece of art all your sense are engaged, enhanced and WOWed!! YOU ARE IN THE NOW, when you look at a piece of art that you really love you have to be in the now and this is why art creates magic moments.

From a very early age I was a very shy girl, my mum would give me money to buy sweets but it was too scary to go by myself.
I would sit in my room and just observe my toys, I didn’t play to not make a mess.
I started drawing on the walls of the house, so my parents allocated me a playing room where I could draw and create ’beauty’ as much as I wanted…
Before I knew, I became a teenager, I wanted to go out to explore and to understand who I was.  This is what I call the first beautiful transformation of my life. From shy to brave, from tidy to organised chaos, from home based to street, but within I was always looking for inspiration, curiosity and exploration.

At 18 I started an engineering degree, full of maths, chemistry and physics and number connections. After, I did food science and technology – that filled my curiosity at the atom and molecular level of food and nutrition. I was also doing private lessons to students so I could be more  ‘financially independent’ towards feeding what, in that time, beautiful meant to me; dresses, parties, having fun, jewelry, art, beautifully created food and much more. Also, I was helping students to shine by teaching math’s and physic’s private lessons but I didn’t share with them all the inspiration that I can share with you today…

At 25 I decided to explore the globe, to live elsewhere outside Spain, where I  grew up and learned to be passionate and full of FIRE.
I moved to London.  I didn’t speak English, didn’t understand British people and of course neither their sarcasm!!
I didn’t have friends or family but there was something inside that drove me to do it. Every day was a beautiful adventure, full of inspiration, a sense of freedom, lightness and full of excitement…. Here comes my second transformation. Inspiration, curiosity, cultural diversion, exploration, beautiful experiences, fun and the most important one: I got to know myself. The start of my evolution.

Since then, it has been a magnificent inspiring journey, full of highs and lows (both as pampering), learnings, experiences and achievements.  I connected with towering personalities and with a huge bunch of amazing and diverse people. I traveled around the world, which opened my mind to huge possibilities and diversion of opinions.

After the first year in London working in retail, I started my 1st professional job in engineering, then I took the risk and moved to marketing.
I have been in the corporate world for 10 years. I learned to connect brands with customers and to connect myself with individuals.  I have worked for start-ups and for big global corporations. From 0 to delivering public speeches to whole company’s audience in a foreign language. 11 years ago, it would have been a scary thought but this is possible by stepping up, setting a new standard and removing limiting beliefs.

A huge connecting adventure, that I call, LIFE.  Because everything is impermanent, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE when you FOCUS.

I recently realised how important it is to understand the concept of impermanence.  I feel I am at the pinnacle what I call my 3rd eye-opening transformation which has mindfulness at its core and that started 6 years ago. I want to keep it alive as an infinite journey.
I would like to maintain this growth, this inspiration, this electricity, keep transforming, keep reinventing, being present and finding beauty and gratefulness every day in my life, channeling the fire with focus and spread this energy to the world as the only constant is change and every change leads you to new opportunities.

This is the goal for this blog and hence its name: Unmasking Fire; to create magic moments by being the catalyst and an eye opener to unmask peoples fire and to enhance the ones that already discovered theirs, to elevate peoples vibration by creating a shift. To give, share, to connect and ultimately to help others to transform.

What is your story? How do you see beauty? How connected are you to the world? And with yourself? Everyone has a story; please share yours with the world….
